Birkenhead Point is proud to announce it is undergoing a phased redevelopment. The redevelopment will see Birkenhead Point combining its rich heritage, brilliant design and waterfront outlook for a spectacular outcome.

Construction has begun, and the concept is coming to life! As this is a phased project, the centre will remain open for the duration, and only parts of the Centre will be affected at one time. We invite you to come and see the transformation for yourself.

The project will maximise usage of previously unused floor space within the existing Centre. This will include the addition of a new retail level incorporating new premium factory outlets, escalators and travelators to increase connectivity between the Centre's five levels. The addition of an atrium roof will create a comfortable, all-weather shopping experience for our customers.

An exciting addition to the Centre will be an extension of our existing waterfront promenade to include a premium alfresco dining precinct featuring a selection of restaurants and cafes.

MORE BRANDS!

The Centre already boasts Sydney's leading premium factory outlet brands including David Jones, Table Eight, Laura Ashley, Alannah Hill, Cue, Dianna Ferrari, Pumpkin Patch and Kathmandu.

Importantly, the redevelopment will further enhance our premium discount shopping experience with the addition of new factory outlets - all offering quality merchandise at significantly reduced prices.

ADDITIONAL CAR PARKING AND BETTER ACCESS

As part of the redevelopment, an additional 189 car parking spaces will be created, taking the Centre's total parking capacity to1395 spaces. The addition of travelators, a car park footbridge and customer walkways will also encourage greater foot traffic within the Centre.

 OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

We are committed to minimising the construction impacts of this redevelopment on valued tenants, customers and residents.Importantly, all retailer outlets will remain open for the duration of the redevelopment period.
