The Birkenhead Point Guest Services Lounge is open Thursday - Sunday. If unattended, our Guest Services team members are here to help you with lost property, store information and all other in-centre services via our Customer Support Line.

We have one play area for children aged six and under, and it can be found on the Ground Floor next to Priceline.
