Customer Service Information 

Guest Services is located on Level 2, near The Shed Cafe and is open during Centre trading hours.

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday: 10am - 5.30pm 
Thursday: 10am - 7.30pm
Friday: 10am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Public Holidays: 10am - 6pm

Complimentary Hire of Equipment

Birkenhead Point offers complimentary hire of wheelchairs to make your visit more relaxed and comfortable. Simply visit Guest Services, located on Level 2 with valid proof of identity to book this complimentary equipment. For your convenience, bookings can be made in advance by phoning (02) 9812 8800.

Free Justice of the Peace Service

Our free JP Service is available Wednesday - Sunday by appointment only. Please contact Customer Service to make an appointment.

Please note Centre Management does not open on public holidays, including Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

Security

Security are on site 24 hours to make your visit as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Please do not hesitate to approach Security for assistance at anytime.

Parents Rooms

Parents Rooms can be found on the following levels:

Our Parents Rooms are fitted with private feeding areas, change tables, nappy disposal bins, microwaves and toddler-friendly toilets.

Play Land

We have two play areas for children aged six and under, and can be found on the following levels:

  • Level 1 opposite Sandler
  • Level 3 near Muffin Break

*Please be advised that the Lighthouse Playgym on Ground floor has been removed. Please visit the two other play areas available for children aged six years and under on Level 1 opposite Sandler and Level 3 near Muffin Break.

Please note that pets are not allowed in centre.

Shopper Hopper

Enjoy Sydney's stunning harbour as the Hello Sydney! Shopper Hopper ferries you between great shopping destinations, fabulous dining venues and famous attractions. The service runs between Circular Quay, Birkenhead Point Brand Outlet and Harbourside Shopping Centre in Darling Harbour.

Bus

Bus services are frequently running from the Sydney CBD everyday. The bus stop is located on Victoria Road, after passing the Iron Cove Bridge. The Centre is a short walk down Park Avenue & Renwick Street or Roseby Street.

Taxis

Birkenhead Point is a short and affordable taxi ride from the Sydney CBD. Our taxi rank is situated on Roseby Street, with direct access to and from the centre.

Can't catch the Shopper Hopper? Why not travel via water taxi! Birkenhead Point is conveniently located on the Birkenhead Point Marina and accessible via water taxi during shopping centre hours.

Shopping Marina Berths

Want to enjoy a great day out shopping and boating?  Why not book one of our shopping berths available to casual boaties!

Available 7 days per week for a maximum period of 3 hours and range in price based on the size of the vessel.
Vessels under 30 feet $20 for up to a 3 hour stay.
Vessels greater than 31 feet $30 for up to a 3 hour stay.
Vessels over 49 feet $40 for up to a 3 hour stay. 
Shopping Berths are subject to availability so please contact us prior to arrival and a berth will be allocated to your vessel.

 

Coach & Bus Parking

We welcome coaches, buses and tour groups to the Centre. Bookings are essential via our Customer Service, who can be contacted on 02 9812 8000 or via email info@birkenheadpoint.com.au

Free WiFi at Birkenhead Point Outlet Centre

Access free WiFi at Birkenhead Point for 3 hours (180 minutes) or 1GB of free data every day* by simply following these instructions:

1. Ensure your wireless enabled device is turned on and has its wireless signal activated
2. Go to the Activate Wireless Network Connection List
3. Select “_BirkenheadPointFreeWiFi” from the list. Note: you may need to select “Connect”
4. On the welcome screen enter your details and select “Connect to WiFi”. By connecting to the WiFi you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Mirvac’s Privacy Policy

Please validate your parking ticket at any Auto Pay Station before returning to your car. Auto Pay Stations accept coins, notes and major credit cards.

Height Restrictions

Birkenhead Point Car Parks have height restrictions of 2.1m. Please contact Customer Service on 02 9812 8800 for alternative parking arrangements.

Birkenhead Point accessibility parking is clearly marked and can be found in the following locations:

Blue Level South car park next to Chemist Warehouse entry (3 spaces)
Yellow Level South car park next to glass door centre entry (4 spaces)
Green Level South car park next to Coles entry (5 spaces)
Level 4 South car park near lift (6 spaces)
Level 2 North car park near lift (8 spaces)

GoGet

Did you know that Birkenhead offers a wardrobe of options for any kind of trip? To utilise the GoGet car-sharing service, please follow the below steps.  

  1. Book your vehicle HERE.
  2. Pick up a GoGet smartcard available from Nextra Newsagency located on Ground Floor.
  3. Go to the GoGet vehicle located on the north carpark at the first car park entry at the roundabout on Roseby Street.
  4. Tap on with your smartcard to access the vehicle (the keys are in the car).
  5. the ride and return the car to its home and tap off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are the electric vehicle charging stations located?
The charging stations are located in the car park via car park Entry 1. Park at the dedicated charging bays located before the boom gates.

How much does it cost to charge your vehicle?
Nothing. Our electric vehicle charging stations are complimentary for customers.

How long can I charge my vehicle?
Customers are welcome to use the charging stations for as long as they wish. Please note that standard car parking rates apply.

What hours are the charging stations available?
The charging stations will be available to customers during the car park opening times.

How many of charging station do you have?
Birkenhead Point has three available for use.

The charging station won’t work for me, who can help?
The centre management team will be able to assist with any faults in the first instance. If you have any questions or require assistance, please text 0436 435 551.

What types of vehicles can use the charging stations?
We have both Type One and Type Two connectors on the cables so you can charge regardless of manufacturer. These are on the white charging pods. The grey charging units are Tesla Type Two and should be used only by Tesla vehicles.

Do I need to provide our own adapters?
No, you can leave yours in the boot. While there is a move toward a single connector type in Australia there will always be at least 1 x Type One and 1 x Type Two cables onsite.

Do I need to register my details anywhere?
No need to register your details anywhere, our charging stations are free for you to use without having to download any apps.
