Empower Her Every Step — International Women’s Day 2026
In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, ECCO is proud to partner with Dress for Success NSW & ACT to support women on their journey toward employment, confidence, and economic independence. Guided by the shared belief that every step forward matters, the partnership forms part of Dress for Success’ 2026 campaign, “Empower Her Every Step.”
Empowering Confidence Through Action
ECCO’s commitment began with the donation of premium footwear to Dress for Success, helping women complete professional outfits for job interviews and the early stages of returning to work. By supporting women at pivotal moments in their employment journey, ECCO aims to help build confidence and create meaningful opportunities for long-term independence.
Each year, Dress for Success NSW & ACT supports thousands of women through professional styling services, career coaching, and job-readiness programs provided at no cost. These services play a vital role in helping women prepare for interviews, secure employment, and successfully re-enter the workforce.
International Women’s Day Initiative
As part of the partnership, ECCO will donate 10% of sales from all Standard Stores and Online on 8 March 2026, aligning with International Women’s Day to further support the organisation’s impact within the community.
Funds raised will directly contribute to programs that provide:
- Professional interview and workplace styling
- Personalised career coaching and mentoring
- Employment preparation and job-readiness support
- Ongoing career development resources
Engaging the Community
From 2–8 March 2026, ECCO stores and digital platforms will spotlight the initiative through dedicated campaign activations, including in-store displays and customer donation opportunities via QR code, encouraging the broader community to take part in supporting women’s economic empowerment.
