At this stage, bookings can only be made online via our website. Bookings close at midnight the night before the experience so we can prepare for your arrival.

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and AliPay. There is a 2.9% processing fee on these transactions.

Safety is our top priority so we will be in touch to reschedule or refund your experience if we decide to shut down the Shopper Hopper due to bad weather. This rarely happens but in extreme Sydney weather on the Harbour, it is sometimes necessary. Birkenhead Point is an all-weather shopping centre with a beautiful glass roof to keep you dry whilst you shop!

Absolutely! We have many solo shoppers who visit us and the Lounge is a great place to meet other people or have a chat with our friendly Guest Services staff who are always up for a chat.

What a great gift! The Gift Giver will receive a Booking/Payment Confirmation with the Gift Card code to apply to the booking – just in case you’d like to print and give the Gift Card. Your recipient (if not you) will get an email with a direct link that will apply the gift card purchase once they have selected their preferred date and time.

FAQs The Experience

We recommend around 4 hours to enjoy the full experience that includes the Shopper Hopper ferry transfers (22minutes each way), two-course lunch (approximately 45+ mins) and then time to shop and take advantage of the upgraded Lounge inclusions. Our Guest Services staff are there to help plan your day!

Unfortunately not. The Shopper Hopper vessel size does not accommodate wheelchair access.

Yes there are two meat-free options on the lunch menu. One is a vegetarian option and one a pescetarian option. These options will be on the lunch menu when seated.

The Shopper Hopper runs on a timed schedule from Circular Quay and Darling Harbour so please be at your chosen departure wharf 5-10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you are running late, get in touch on (02) 9812 8800 and we will try our best to find a solution.

Absolutely – we have a range of softer drinks available in our Lounge and included in the lunch menu.

Being an outlet centre, we are on on-sale everyday between 30-70% off. Some brands have flash sales or extra specials which you will be told personally by your dedicated Guest Services staff who meet you on the day. Looking for something in particular or love a particular brand? Let us know and we will be ready to let you know where to find it, the discounts and recommend similar brands you might not have explored before.
